Members of the ZOTERAC consortium were presenting their results at the 19th International Conference on II-VI Compounds and Related Materials, held in Zhengzhou, China, from October 27th-31th, 2019. ZOTERAC's coordinator J.-M. Chauveau presented the invited talk entitled Zinc Oxide for THz quantum cascade devices, M. Hugues presented the talk ZnO/(Zn,Mg)O heterostructures: from interband to intersubband transitions, and N. Le Biavan showed Evidence of coupling within ZnO asymmetrical quantum wells for intersubband devices.
