Several members of the ZOTERAC consortium were at the last SPIE Photonics West conference, held in San Francisco, California from the 27th of January to the 2nd of February.
Adrián Hierro, from ISOM-UPM, gave the invited talk entitled "Phonon-intersubband transition coupling in MgZnO/ZnO quantum wells". Miguel Montes Bajo, also from ISOM-UPM- presented the invited work entitled "Breakage of the polarization selection rules for intersubband transitions in ZnO/MgZnO quantum wells". Finally, Jean-Michel Chauveau, from CNRS-CRHEA delreved the invited talk entitled "Homoepitaxy of non-polar ZnO/(Zn,Mg)O multi-quantum wells: from a precise growth control to the observation of intersubband transitions".
