ZOTERAC was represented in the 9th International workshop on ZnO and related materials, which was held in Taipei (Taiwan) between October 30 and November 2. 

ISOM was represented by Alejandro Kurtz and Adrián Hierro, who presented the papers "Deep level analysis of non-polar and semipolar homoepitaxial ZnO" and "Infrared intersubband absorption from non-polar homoepitaxial m-ZnO/ZnMgO MQWs".

CRHEA was represented by Jean-Michel Chauveau, who presented the paper "Non polar ZnO/(Zn,Mg)O multiple quantum wells for intersubband devices grown on ZnO bulk substrates".
