During the days 8-10 June 2016, ZOTERAC members Gottfried Strasser (TUW) and Alejandro Kurtz (UPM) participated in the 13th EXMATEC conference, celebrated in Aveiro, Portugal.
Dr. Gottfried Strasser presented the work entitled " MIR Lab‐on‐a‐ chip: From Discrete Devices to an Integrated System" as an invited talk and Alejandro Kurtz presented the talk "Deep level spectroscopy in metal‐insulator‐ semiconductor structures", for which he was awarded the Sociedade Porgtuguesa de Física Student Award.
